Thai Yellow Curry Paste (Gang Garee) is a highly versatile aromatic paste, that adds depth-of-flavour to any dish and is wonderful for marinating and ideal with any type of meat, fish or vegetable. Typical of yellow curries found in southern Thailand, it is made in Thailand with fresh ingredients, including red chilli, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime peel and a variety of exotic spices. Combine with Thai Taste Coconut Milk and with spices from our range to further achieve the traditional taste of Thai food.
