Our Oyster Sauce (Nam Man Hoy) is made from real oyster extract. This rich dark sauce has a distinct savoury and pleasant hint of sweetness, adding an authentically Thai depth-of-flavour. It can be used either as a condiment or as an ingredient in a variety of Asian dishes as well as for marinades.
