One of the main components of Thai cuisine, brown rice noodles (Sen Lek) are widely used in both hot and cold dishes. Highly versatile and naturally gluten free, they are made from a paste of wholegrain rice flour and water that is steamed, formed, cut and then dried. Our folded rice noodles are fantastic for soaking up an array of bold flavours. Thai Taste brown rice folded noodles contain more of the natural goodness of the grain and are ideal for soups, salads and stir fry’s, but are most traditionally used in Asian’s most popular rice noodle dish, Pad Thai. Alternatively, the dry noodles can be added to broths.

Yellow Curry Paste (50g): shallot, lemongrass, red chilli, water, garlic, galangal, salt, curry powder (coriander seeds, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise), sugar, fresh coriander, fresh turmeric, ginger, cumin, cinnamon
Coconut Milk (180g): coconut extract, water, Thai Spices (3g): coriander seeds, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise.
