Palm sugar (85%), cane sugar.
Coconut Palm Sugar is a staple Thai ingredient. Ours is produced in Thailand whereby the coconut palm sap is boiled to create caramelised crystals. It is widely used to balance flavours in savoury dishes such as Pad Thai, but is also an ideal alternate sweetener for drinks, desserts and baked goods.

Yellow Curry Paste (50g): shallot, lemongrass, red chilli, water, garlic, galangal, salt, curry powder (coriander seeds, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise), sugar, fresh coriander, fresh turmeric, ginger, cumin, cinnamon
Coconut Milk (180g): coconut extract, water, Thai Spices (3g): coriander seeds, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise.
