Rice Flour (85%), water.
One of the main components of Thai cuisine, rice vermicelli (Sen Mee) noodles are widely used in both hot and cold dishes. Highly versatile and naturally gluten free, they are made from a paste of rice flour and water that is steamed, formed, cut and then dried. Our vermicelli noodles are fantastic for soaking up an array of bold flavours. Rice vermicelli noodles are also ideal for soups, salads, salad rolls and stir fry’s. Alternatively, the dry noodles can be added to broths.

Yellow Curry Paste (50g): shallot, lemongrass, red chilli, water, garlic, galangal, salt, curry powder (coriander seeds, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise), sugar, fresh coriander, fresh turmeric, ginger, cumin, cinnamon
Coconut Milk (180g): coconut extract, water, Thai Spices (3g): coriander seeds, turmeric, clove, nutmeg, star anise.
