Our Satay Peanut Sauce (Nam Jim Satay) has a delicious nutty flavour with enticing notes of lemongrass and galangal. Ideally used as a stir fry sauce or as a dipping sauce and is equally delicious to marinade grilled meats, vegetables or tofu.
