Our Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce is inspired by a classic authentic Thai recipe, whereby a piquant blend of fresh red chilli and garlic superbly balance sweet and hot chilli flavours. A true Thai store cupboard essential, ideally used as a stir-fry base, to marinade meats. prawns and vegetables, or simply as a dipping sauce, especially with spring rolls and crackers.
