Our Thai Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass Sauce (Nam Jim Kai Takrai) is blend of fresh Thai lemongrass and red chillies, to create an authentic blend of sweet and spicy flavours with notes of lemon. Delicious as a condiment, dipping sauce or a glaze for when grilling or barbecuing, and can equally be enjoyed in marinades, salad dressings or stir-fry’s.
